In-House developed IFIS (CRM) application was enhanced to integrate Windows Dial Up Networking connectivity from within the application. Implementation of Symantec Ghost software on two "traveling" MS NT v4.0 servers ensured that the hardware and software upgrades were applied successfully to all 100 laptop computers. Rolled out Windows 95 to all Field users. Migration process involved transferring user data from old laptop to server and back down to new laptop. Developed a PowerBuilder application to control the process. Migrated from Lotus cc:Mail to Outlook and Lotus 123 to MS Office. Provided on-site training to 100 Field Sales Reps.
