Cognos PowerCube for the Marketing department. This involved utilizing Impromptu 4.0 to create a catalog of the data warehouse, create and test the
necessary queries, define the model, and build the cube on a weekly basis.
The Cube was then copied to a shared area on the Network for client access.

Developer and Mentor role for Boston Edison's "Customer Service System".
This back-office application allowed Telephone Reps to quickly respond to
"Lights Out" scenarios based on information obtained from 3 different
applications on multiple systems. This PB v4, Oracle application utilized
the Attachmate 3270 and VT 100 terminal emulator APIs as well as interfacing
to FastCall software running on the Automatic Call Distribution system.
