• Systems Planning, Integration and Implementation of the Voicelink II Upgrade. This included full integration of the system onto the IP network, use of FTP for automated file transfers, ability to perform multiple calling jobs simultaneously from multiple mainframe download files. Also included a Meter Change (ERT) extract for scheduling meter changes / upgrades.
