• Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of a Transportation / Demand Billing application. This PB v3 / Oracle interfaced with various Meter Reading Oracle database as well as the CSS system via API calls the 3270 emulator. The application calculated all Demand Billing Charges, tracked nominations, produced bills and management reports. Eliminated 6 full-time positions and improved accuracy by 100%. See Demo!

• Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of a Legal Complaint Tracking Application. This PB 3 / Oracle based application allowed the internal Legal Department to manage their Claims and Court appearances. Performed workflow functions by utilizing various Complaint statuses to determine next action required and due date.  See Demo!

• Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of a Hardware/Software Asset Tracking Application. This PB 3 / Oracle based application allowed the various Help Desk technicians to manage a centralized Hardware / Software Inventory database.

• Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of a Billing Verification System for independently verifying the results of the mainframe Billing Run. This PB v3 / Oracle application performed the same set of calculations (including rounding, etc.) performed by the mainframe billing system. Various test cases were verified daily between the PB Bill Calc and Mainframe Bill Calc. Variances of $0.01 were unacceptable.
