• Lead Analyst, Project Leader, Lead Technical Architect, Developer and Mentor role for Boston Edison's "Customer Service System". This back-office application allowed Telephone Reps to quickly respond to "Lights Out" scenarios based on information obtained from 3 different applications on multiple systems. This PB v4, Oracle application utilized the Attachmate 3270 and VT 100 terminal emulator APIs as well as interfacing to FastCall software running on the Automatic Call Distribution system.  See Demo!
